## Boundaries
- Telegram handles Stars checkout. This Worker does not collect card data.
- Telegram Stars subscription invoices recur every 30 days only after the buyer explicitly starts the subscription in Telegram.
- /cancel calls Telegram's subscription cancellation method only after a successful subscription payment charge ID is recorded.
- The Worker stores group/supergroup message IDs for cleanup, not message text.
- /watch is disabled by default, group-admin controlled, link-only, skips admin/bot authors, leaves messages alone when no cleanup credits are available, and charges only successful auto-deletes. /watch links is an explicit enable alias.
- Telegram deletion depends on message age, chat type, and bot permissions.
- Public proof exposes aggregate counts only and does not prove USD payout or guaranteed daily income.
- Discovery submissions refresh public URLs for crawlers but do not prove buyer demand or revenue.
- Conversion-intent counts are aggregate redirect or Telegram callback counts only and do not prove paid Stars or buyer demand.
- Checkout-funnel counts are aggregate public checkout-link creation and payment-attribution counts only and do not expose users, payloads, charge IDs, IP addresses, or user agents.
- Runtime-health checks prove only webhook/profile/bot reachability checks and do not prove paid Stars or buyer demand.
